Update on my sister Ronda

Thank you all so very much for your kind words and prayers.  BIL called, Ronda is fine and should be home by this evening!  I'll get details from Ronda later, BIL had several phone calls to make.

George and I have been planning to stay in the French Quarter this weekend for the French Quarter Fest.  With baby sis in the hospital, I was not so willing to go even though we'd actually be closer if we were needed.  Now that everything is over and looks good, I can go with a lighter heart and have FUN!  Our daughter, SIL, and Gabe will be joining us for the day and night Sat.  Gabe is so excited - he loves all kinds of music and there will be plenty of it with no less than five stages set up along the river and throughout the FQ.

Another bit of wonderful news - my neighbor who fell down her stairs is now home.  She was getting some air this morning when I came home from the pharmacy.  For someone who had been in ICU for nearly two weeks, she looks pretty good!  Weak, but good.  Her memory is a little out of whack, but improving.

Thanks again, Debbie

Thank God for the good news.
Have fun this weekend.  I'm not big on crowds, so I don't know if I'd like to be there right now.

Things just seem to be going well for everyone here today.

I am glad that things are doing well for Ronda. She stays in my prayers.

Your neighbor seems to be doing well. It is amazing how quickly a person mends with prayers. I bet her little one is glad to have mom home.

Have a great week end and have a bit of fun for me too.

Our little forum is filled with good news this morning. So happy to see your sister among those good tidings! Enjoy your weekend. The music sounds wonderful. I think I would probably handle that better than the full blown madness of Mardi Gras. Maybe some day . . I'd still love to see an OFF gather in NOLA! We almost made it didn't we? If that bad girl Katrina hadn't arrived first we would have been there with bells on.
